It's very similar to Kung Fu Master, except there are a lot of sub-bosses along the way, power-up items that float by(hence the need for the high jump), and 1 on 1 boss battles that are separate from the rest of the stage.

Graphics were altered to remove the license for the North American localization, but nothing seems censored in terms of enemies exploding(there's no blood in the Japanese game either).
