You heard it here folks, River City Ransom Underground is well on it's way to the green light! Release date is to be announced but slated for Q4 of this year. I'll be updating the topic with info, screens and videos!

Heh, I'd heard Arc System Works was doing something with the Technos' beat 'em up series', but I never would have guessed this is what they had in mind for RCR/Kunio.

Also, it's a little weird how much the faces look like aged Kunio characters, especially giving "Ryan" a Japanese delinquent pompadour.

This project has been coming along long before the Arc Sys buy out. Luckily the deal didn't effect this game.
I get that, I just thought letting this go was what they were doing with RCR. I just sat through a vid that mentioned it, and I guess they(in the vid) think of the series on the whole as RCR, despite that being the title of 1 game, and it's GBA remake. Apparently ASW recently made a sequel/remake of the samurai era sequel to RCR, on the 3DS, in Japan.
