Is there anybody who can help me get all the AI behavior for SOR 2?

From the little bit I understand about rom hacking there are some people who are able to modify enemy AI characteristics so I wonder if anybody has access to that information and could share it so maybe some of the less technical people who run this game can comb through it and see if there's any things they can find in there to help them improve their runs.

What I think the community needs is some real concrete information instead of just theories of why and how it works. I think drawing some things from the actual code would really help demystify the game. Like if it is "random" (most likely pseudo random) what events in the game are tied to this? Any detailed information would really help.
