| Genesis (1993, published by Capcom in North America, Sega in Europe, Australia, & Asia, and TecToy in South America) 1-2 players (admittedly, I couldn't different the player from the enemy by screenshot) https://www.gamefaqs.com/genesis/586126-cyborg-justice/faqs/2771 You can customize your character with 6 different arm, torso, and leg parts, each, for a total of 216 possible combinations. The game is full of hazards, including rockets that frequently fire across the screen, chasms you need to jump, and gravitational fields that pull nearby cyborgs in. Luckily it all can work against the enemies as well. What the guide means by "repeat the move" is to try replaying your cyborgs torso with the enemies. Instead of actually doing so, the players cyborg will gain extra health, and possibly an extra life("This move not only kills the opponent, you get his health!"), if their lifebar is close to/completely full. When you pick a torso for your cyborg, it's permanent. You need to be careful though, as bosses know how to do this as well, which is an instant game over if they do it. If memory serves, this is one of those games that only plays a few stages on easy mode, before telling you to pick a harder difficulty. | |

| I like the game personally, many won't, and part of that is the controls get really complex. Ironic that Capcom had anything to do with it, as 1 year later, they made an arcade exclusive beat 'em up utilizing the same body part replacement gimmick, only with giant mecha, in Armored Warriors. It's also a lot more easily playable, using the Final Fight formula instead of the more awkward controls in Cyborg Justice. | |
