This is quite the oddity in that, by 1995, since the ESRB had been established, Nintendo of America let up on censoring the content in video games on their consoles. However, this game, based on a very gory comic book series, doesn't have a trace of blood. The second guide, though incomplete goes over the usage of the weird ratio thing, by special moves. The healing technique mentioned in the first guide consumes 2:3:6. The teleportation technique costs 1:2:8. The only penalty for running out is not being able to use any more special techniques(though healing and the punch special help out immensely in boss battles) Other than that, the controls are documented well enough between both guides, but outside of the special techniques, there's not much you couldn't figure out for yourself anyway.
