Normal form:
Y - attack
B - jump
B, Y - jump kick
walk into enemy - grab
grab, B/Y - knee strike, then jump kick
grab, Down & B/Y - throw forward
double tap Left/Right - run(doesn't give him any new moves though)
X - transform into Kamen Rider
Kamen Rider:
Y - attack
B - jump
B, Y - jump kick
walk into enemy - grab
grab, Y - 2 knee strikes, then jump kick
grab, Down & Y - throw forward
grab, B, Y - jump with enemy and kick
double tap Left/Right - run
run, Y - somersault jump kick
run, B - somersault
run, B, Y - somersault jump kick
L - special 1
R - special 2
L & R - special 3
The specials can be done out of grabs. They're also customizable before starting the game, and before starting a new stage. In between stages seem to be a choice of survival mini games. Health restoration items are walked over. I don't know if it has to do with taking too much time defeating enemies, but boss' health bars seem to grow over time. Use an action button, instead of Start to continue.
As a warning, the transformation sequence is most likely not kind to those with epilepsy.
Ironically, the actor that plays the man that transforms into Kamen Rider would go on to become Segata Sanshiro, Japan's mascot for the Sega Saturn.
